Coastal Mahoe (Melicytus novae-zelandiae) is an attractive and very tough bushy shrub that thrives in even the most exposed coastal situations. Featuring bright green, leathery leaves and a nice compact growth habit. This species is excellent as an informal hedge/shelter or as part of a coastal mixed planting. Grows to around 2m tall by 2m wide.
