Five Finger (Pseudopanax arboreus) A fairly fast growing small/medium sized tree that grows to around 5m. Fairly hardy but not as tolerant of dry, exposed conditions as our other revegetation species. Thrives in part-shade or can handle full sun. Fairly common as a bush-edge tree throughout Taranaki.
