Tauhinu is a fast-growing, medium sized shrub that thrives in dry, exposed conditions and tolerates poor soils and extreme coastal conditions. Featuring soft, silver foliage and attractive white cotton-like flowers in Summer, this hardy shrub makes an attractive informal hedging or shelter plant. Grows to around 3m in height, but can be kept trimmed as desired.
